Big decisions

Oh, and in Breaking news- after forever being blonde, i am going darker. I have made the first visit to the salon ( it's a bit darker than expected, but i have been told it's a process), and in a couple of weeks my hairdresser and i plan to put a copper colour over the top to lighten it up. My overall plan is to have coppery/dark blonde hair.
Thoughts?

Substantial substance

Does anyone else find it too hard to 'share' on their blog? As much as i want to be completely open and honest, i find it hard to write anything 'substantial'. I am not an overly open person anyway, so i guess it transfers here too. The funny thing is, i like reading about other people's...substance. I'll take it, but won't give it!

Generally i post about shopping. I wonder why i do this? Many would consider this to be highly impersonal, but when you think about it, shopping is quite personal for me. It displays my personality, likes and dislikes, and i put a lot of thought into gifts for other people. I plan months in advance to find the perfect present, and often hound suppliers to get stock if they run out. I like the thrill of the chase, and knowing that i can find a unique gift and make someone smile.

Another intersting point is that i do not tell my 'real' friends/family about my blog. I do not want them reading it, probably because i don't want to be judged ( not that i really think they would), but it's nice to have a seperate avenue.

Does this make sense?

Hawaii

Well it's official. Brett and I are going to Hawaii in August. We found Starclass flights( Jetstar's version of first class) for $500 each way and very cheap accom at the Hilton.

I am so excited! We are leaving for Honolulu on the 2nd and come home on the 12th.

I plan to go to the travel agents for brochures etc, but has anyone been before, and if so, what is a must see/do?

But, i have 7 months to wait... :(

So, in May i have to go to a wedding in Broome ( aka 'The other side of Australia'). Considering it is going to cost about $2000 for me to get there and stay for 4 nights, i don't plan on buying another dress to wear, BUT, i could be persuaded!

Granted, some of their products are a little pricey, but i tend to stick to the sale items..! And they have free international shipping when you spend over $100. Now that's makes shopping from the US worthwhile.

Being a girl has its bad moments

I am so agitated right now. Everything is frustrating and annoying and i want to demolish everything for not being as it should. I also feel fat and yucky and it's soooo hot here right now.
